first I would like to personally say thanks to Mr Kelvin Burston who totally understood what I wanted in a car, price range, and monthly payments. Mr Burston then said let me work out some numbers and on top of that ask "would you like something to drink". I thought to myself, here we go now it's time to do what I call the Dealer song and dance routine. Mr Burston then returned and I couldn't beleive what I was hearing. Mr.Burston said he was able to meet all my request. At that point Mr Burston then became Kelvin, who's in my opion is the car Salesman of the year! Kelvin went far beyond to make sure my car buying experience was exciting and worry free. Kelvin appeared to be just as excited as I when he saw how happy I was with the purchase. I must say "Kelvin you the Man" Kelvin also gave me his moble phone number and told me If I have any problems,concerns or need anything just give him a call, and told me to enjoy my new corvette. Kelvin also did a follow up call two days later just to make sure all was well. I was really impressed with Kelvin professionalism, pleasant attitude and overall passion as a salesman. I saw from the couple of hrs in the dealership Kelvin is a person who enjoys people and loves what he does for a living. I would also like to acknowlegde The Carbiz dealership as a whole for employing people like Kelvin and Mr Myron Boyd who also added to my wonderful buying experience.
