My boyfriend actually purchased a vehicle from Carbiz and after comparing his experience to my own ( I purchased a car 4 months ago from a different dealership ) I had to write a review. The salesman was very upfront from the very beginning as far as what to expect for his trade in, down payment and financing. It was very obvious that he wasn't just trying to make a sale, he was making a deal that both parties would benefit from. When we went the next day to pick up the vehicle Miro even followed us back to our home to pick up the title to our trade in so that we wouldn't have to make an extra trip. That was definately a plus since gas is so expensive. Overall I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went unlike my own experience. We will definately make Carbiz our dealership for life. I was at the dealership on A weekend. And was there to observe the sales people and check our the place. I notice Martin Iliev and how nice and professional he acted. I went inside to also observe. After noticing Martin professionlism, I wanted him to work with me. I took his business card and sent him an email requesting an appointment on Thursday of the next week. Martin response to my email and we made an appointment. I arrived at the dealership a little early and walked around. I had already pick the car I wanted. While I was there several sales persons ask me if they could help me. All were very professional. I informed them that I was there to see Martin. I was about to go in the office when Martin can out and met me. Martin was very nice and professional......we discussed the car I wanted plus he showed me other cars on the lot. I was sold on the one I had notice on a visit were I had driven by. We discuss my tradin and all the necessary banking information, paper work etc. At all time Martin was very professional and I felt very comfortable. It was my first experience were I did not feel i was being pressure by a saleperson. I can say that the buying experience with the salesperson and the dearlership was an awesome experience and I will and have told my friends how nice and professional they were to me. More
