He was very keen for detail and made sure every measure was put in place to make sure that I was comfortable and tha vehicle and put my needs first. Over all experience was decent. My single complaint is that the dealer did inflate the regular standard state imposed MVA fees for titling and registration and added other ambiguous processing and transpo that the dealer did inflate the regular standard state imposed MVA fees for titling and registration and added other ambiguous processing and transport & delivery fees (on a used vehicle??). Though the price of the vehicle was very fair, I was not at all impressed with them tacking on fees in an effort to raise the over all price. The inflated fees were then added to my taxable total, raising my tax amount and thus my over all loan amount. More

I actually had two salespeople to help me. I started with Javier who rode with me to test-drive two vehicles.
