After 2 visits with Nissan, I am pleased with the communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. To me this is an issue that causes me frustration and not being comfortable d communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. To me this is an issue that causes me frustration and not being comfortable driving due to the vibration in the steering wheel. Hopefully I can talk to anyone that may listen to see if the issue can be solved. Thank You Nissan for trying your best. More

Girl on the was not very knowledgeable. Had several conversations with her and didn’t remember previous conversations. I needed new key fob and had to pay full price for a new one that was Had several conversations with her and didn’t remember previous conversations. Didn’t clarify how bad the issue was. Took it to a local shop and had them inspect and repair for a fraction of the cost. I dont think Ill be back to this dealer ever.
