$250 diagnostic fee is crazy. I can go to my local mechanic and no diagnostic fee is charged. Service writer was great but overall if my vehicle can be fixed at my local non deale I can go to my local mechanic and no diagnostic fee is charged. Our sales person was good but the finance manager was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer on the extended warranty. I think I said no four times and finally said something about rethinki extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer on the extended warranty. After that, we never saw him again, not even to review the loan documents, which in my experience is always done by the finance manager. More
