Made phone call to inquire about a vehicle found on the internet site. Spoke with "Bergie" and did the preapproval over the phone, which made it easier to process everything once I went and test drove the internet site. Was going to wait a day to come look at the vehicle I was interested in, but Bergie wasn't going to be in the next day and said it was new to the lot and probably wouldn't last long. It was a very hot day, but my friend drove me to Eau Claire so I could test drive the vehicle. When we arrived, Bergie was outside on the cell phone and we had to wait approximately 10 minutes for him to realize we were there. After test driving the vehicle, I knew it was what I wanted, so I met with Kandi and filled out the paperwork. With preapproval, it was so easy to finish the sale. There were no floor mats in the vehicle, and the "head honcho" was very kind and had Bergie put in brand new ones that matched the vehicle perfectly. I came back and picked up the vehicle a different day, but, again, people were somewhat friendly. Bergie put my plates on the car for me and also reprogrammed the keyless entry for me. All in all, a very simple buying experience. More
