Forexample, I felt the John and Dale were up front with me about pricing and answered all my questions without hesitation or giving me the run around. A second reason why I gave the Eau Claire Ford Dealership a rating of a 5 is because of the friendly atmosphere. John made me feel right at home and I felt that he was personable along with being prompt with the service process.
