Ended up needing to go through the main switchboard to get a response, only to find out my truck had been done for a while and my service rep "had to go home". I had an awful experience here another time and said I'd never be back. Made the mistake of giving it another try because it's the closest Ram dealership to me. I'll drive nearly anywhere else before I try it again. More
