We arrived around 8 a. m. Asked for oil change & tire rotation.. They put it on the hoist & computer Did a thorough xx. Found a shock absorber leaking.. Explained it to m. I will never go back to this dealership again. It took 3 days to do the service on my car, which should have took 1 day. Their communication about my repairs was terrible. They offered an insid It took 3 days to do the service on my car, which should have took 1 day. Their communication about my repairs was terrible. They offered an inside and outside detail on my car for my inconvenience of my car taking so long to repair and then when I got there to pick up my vehicle the car was not detailed at all and they did not say one thing to me. I would never go back to this dealership for repairs. More
