Jeep was in for a routine oil change. I didn't hear from the service center, so after 5 hours I called them to find out what was going on. Was told the Jeep was done, but they had put a b I didn't hear from the service center, so after 5 hours I called them to find out what was going on. Was told the Jeep was done, but they had put a big scratch in the drivers door while putting it on the lift. I was promised they would take care of it, but so far 2+ weeks later I have heard nothing.
