Pretty great experience, if i had more free oil changes, I would not hesitate to go and get more! Seriously, the experience was great. I would definitely go back. I would not hesitate to go and get more! Seriously, the experience was great. I would definitely go back. More

Check engine light came on less than 3 months after purchasing our truck from the dealership. We had purchased a warranty at time of purchase so brought it in under the assumption repairs would be cove purchasing our truck from the dealership. We had purchased a warranty at time of purchase so brought it in under the assumption repairs would be covered. Both my husband and I had to take a half say off work to drop the truck off because they apparently couldn't find a loaner vehicle and we live about 40 minutes from the dealership. We ended up getting a phone call that the warranty would not cover the repairs and were sent an invoice of almost $500 dollars and were told the repairs would take a few hours and they were still waiting on parts. We ended up calling and telling them to leave the truck as is and we picked it up without the repairs being done. We paid a little over $200 for the diagnostics, which is insane. I picked up the part (oil pressure sensor) from Andvance Auto for $77 and it took my husband about 20 minutes to change it out. Hindsight is 20/20, but we'll never be bringing our vehicle back to this service department. More

For this repair on my 2019 Ram Limited I decided to compare the dealership quote for repairing the Hemi tick, to two other independent auto repair places. I was shocked at the difference. In fact, th compare the dealership quote for repairing the Hemi tick, to two other independent auto repair places. I was shocked at the difference. In fact, the first independent auto place bid was so high, I went to a second in town for a comparative bid for the same work. The bids were both $800 higher than the dealership bid. So they must be using better, higher quality parts, right? The parts were listed on the bids so I researched the exhaust manifolds they were each bidding for. The parts were more than double what the OEM equipment was bid by the dealership. I did comparative reviews of the quality of the parts and the independent shops were bidding parts that got horrible reviews but were known for their high service shop mark-ups. I decided to go with the dealership, figuring they wouldn't be able to get my truck in until after Thanksgiving, which would have been tough for us because we had planned to take the truck on a long trip to visit family. The dealership was able to work it in the day before Thanksgiving, got the work done and called to let me know it was ready. Here comes the tough part, right? What I owe. He had to repeat it twice for me when he said "no charge." He had been making calls and checking online and found out the repairs were covered by a warranty extension I didn't know I had. Casey - you putting in the extra effort to research this couldn't have come at a better time for our family! And Nate - you juggled the schedule and got the truck in and got it done the same day and right before Thanksgiving. I also have to give a shout out to Brian, who has come through for us multiple times in the past and taken good care of all three of our vehicles. We keep coming back to this dealership because they have treated us very fairly. I have worked with a number of dealerships in the past and have to say this one stands out for caring for not only your vehicle - but investing in a long-term relationship with its customers. No quick cash grabs by overcharging. And if you haven't been in lately - their new video report of your vehicle with the mechanic walking you through what they see on your vehicle, their inspection and then what they see in terms of the repair you brought it in for is amazing. And no overselling - "Looks like you need a new whatchamagig, I'd get that done before your engine falls out..." Nope - I was told what looked good and what we didn't need to worry about. Tires? Check. Brakes? Check. I forget what else they checked and said no need to worry about but it was amazing. We get our oil changes and brake work done at the quick change oil place they have, and we will keep having any repairs needed done here after this experience and my comparison shopping. They're setting a new standard for auto service and relationship management. Well done, One Auto/Eau Claire Automotive. Jeff Tucker More
Expressing my ongoing concerns regarding the vehicle I purchased recently from One automotive. After reporting an unaddressed reservoir leak and potential transmission issues, the vehicle was brought in f purchased recently from One automotive. After reporting an unaddressed reservoir leak and potential transmission issues, the vehicle was brought in for service. During which the head gasket was ended up being replaced, took a few weeks to complete this task. Since that repair, the vehicle has exhibited persistent concerns that indicate transmission-related issues, assumed since purchased. However, the service department has advised that no diagnostic trouble codes are currently present when tested. My experience since purchase, rough shifting, slipping, delayed engagement, and coolant leakage. Repeated service visits have not resolved the underlying issues, and the lack of diagnostic codes limits the ability to verify and address the problem promptly. Given the history of repairs and ongoing concerns, I do not consider this vehicle fit for continued use without a satisfactory resolution. Issues obviously cannot be resolved to a standard of safety, reliability, and drivability and I am done being patient with maintenance checks and replacements, being the last one took a month. I am requesting one of the following remedies per applicable state lemon/consumer-protection laws and/or existing warranties: including a vehicle replacement with a comparable, reliable model. I do have a few in mind found on the website. I would like to resolve this issue before pursuing further legal options and would like to be contacted promptly. I have left messages via text and voicemail to your service department, with my advisor Casey. Thank you. More
I stopped in to the Express Lane for an oil change. Service was good and I was made aware of future items that need repair. The cost of the oil change is the highest I have had to pay.
