Made buying a car so easy!!!! This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with, The customer service and attention to detail was the best I have ever seen or had. When we arrived the salesman, Steve Addcock, greeted us right away with a smile and handshake that made us feel right at home. We told Steve what we were looking for in the way of a newer modal used car. Steve then asked some very good questions concerning what we felt was the most important things we needed in a car that would best suit our needs. After only a few answers he showed us the perfect car that was within our payment range (a newer modal Toyota Prius-Hybird). While we looked at as many others as we chose to it was the 1st car he showed us that we ended up getting. Steve was very knowledgeable, helpful with answers to all our questions and most of all he did not put any pressure on us at all. He let us make our own choices. Next, Lee, in the business office found the best lender and the best rate for us. All of this was done in 2-2 and a half hours time before we were driving home in our new used car. When we 1st got to the dealership I told Steve that I wanted a newer used car in the price range of 12000.00 with payments under 300.00 with no money down at all. I nicely said that my credit was good and to make it happen our I would go somewhere else if they could not get it done. Steve smiled and said no problem Mr. Newnam, we will take care of it and they did!! That is customer service to the max!!! Last but not least, about 3 days after we had bought our car Lee from the business office called me and asked could we stop by later that day. He told me he had even worked a better deal for us that would lower our car payment by about 15-20 dollars per month. Wow....once again what service....they still keep working for us after the sale. These guys guys are awesome. I will buy any other cars in the future I may need from them!!!!! You can not go wrong with this dealership at all!!! More
