He has even made follow-up calls to ask if I had any further questions about the car since purchasing it. This was my 4th car purchased from East Coast and my husband has just purchased his second Accord there. We have been very impressed with both the sales and service departments. More

Excellent Experience!!! So I went into this dealership on a Tuesday afternoon. I explained to the salesman, Tim Hardesty, that I was a few thousand dollars upside down in my So I went into this dealership on a Tuesday afternoon. I explained to the salesman, Tim Hardesty, that I was a few thousand dollars upside down in my current car but that I needed to switch from a stick shift to an automatic due to some knee troubles. He spent over six hours helping me get in to a car. Well we ended up having an issue with the bank and it fell through in the middle of signing paperwork (my bank, not theirs). So I was needless to say, pretty bummed out. Well he called me the next day and explained some options since I could not afford to put a lot of money down to eat the negative equity. Well, long story short, my fiance and I ended up going back in on a Friday around 530, and left by 8 with two brand new civics!! Zero down on both. They gave us an extremely gracious offer for her car which allowed us to roll over some equity into my new one so I wouldn't be so upside down in the loan. We were financed in minutes through Honda Auto Finance. And our experience with every single employee there was beyond exceptional. From the receptionist, to the sales manager to the finance manager, etc. Everything was awesome! I would recommend this place, and more specifically, Tim Hardesty, to anyone that is in the market for a new car!! I couldn't have had a better experience buying a car with my current situation than I did at East Coast Honda!! Jim Tansey was also the guy I signed paperwork with and he was very very helpful as well. Anyone that says they had anything less than a stellar experience clearly was having a bad day in their own way, because there was no where I could see that this place could have done any better! Tim Hardesty was patient with us throughout the whole process, taking the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with our decision and got the best deal. We never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Tim was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. My experience at East Coast Honda was the best I have had at any dealership. They truly are the best. They are not simply in it to make a deal and collect a paycheck. They make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with their decision. I would hands down recommend this dealership, and Tim Hardesty specifically, to anyone looking to purchase a car - not only for their knowledge of the products but for their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thought about it and honestly I can't say enough about Daniel Del and the Professionalism, Respect, Courtesy and Concern for me & my family to understand and enjoy my new car. He is a very smart young man who explained in detail the positives & negatives to new, certified, used as well as the difference in the warranties & what it meant to my family. I have already referred someone to him annd very much look forward to the support from him & this dealership. It's not the first vehicle I bought from them but I sure will only deal with Daniel Del there that's for sure. More
Dealership not worth a visit. SCAM My name is Joseph Parisi. I came down to Myrtle Beach for vacation and during my stay I attempted to purchase a van from East Coast Honda. After a cou My name is Joseph Parisi. I came down to Myrtle Beach for vacation and during my stay I attempted to purchase a van from East Coast Honda. After a couple days of negotiating we settled on a price for an EX-L Odyssey that we had test driven just the previous day around the dealership. The vehicle had included Bluetooth, sunroof, radio, heated seats, GPS, etc. We waited for them to finish servicing the vehicle and when we were taken back out to do a final overview of our new van our salesperson, Bill Trollinger, began pointing out the features of the vehicle. He did NOT mention anything about the GPS. So I asked him how I turn on the GPS and he looked at me and said “this van has no GPS”. This made me furious! I went inside to see the general sales manager Scott Proctor and he just looked at me like I was stupid. I am convinced they tried to pull a fast one on me and I demanded my check back from the general sales manager Scott Proctor and for all of my items to be returned to my original Town and Country. This kind of deceitful and dishonest business practice is shameful and has lost all of my respect and trust. Please look into this and expose them for the lying con-artists they are! The public deserves to know about what they tried to get away with! More

The salesman, we will call him "Bill" said "I have never seen that car before" ah, what? Is this not a Honda dealership. He then says "I think it's an Acura" ah, no it's not and when I expend the picture and show him the "H" on the rim he then sees its a Honda. Anyway, I excuse myself and say thank you even though he was no help. As I was leaving, I see he waving his phone in the air pointing to it laughing along with the other sales people pointing at me laughing. Well, I guess it's uncommon for anyone to show a picture of a car and ask questions on it down south. Needless to say, I won't buy a car from there, and Bill, you may want to brush up on what you do for a living and wait for people to at least leave the lot before you start laughing at them. More
