Bait and Switch Don't go! I drove from two hours away to see this specific Rogue. I even called before I left my house to make sure the car was still available. I was Don't go! I drove from two hours away to see this specific Rogue. I even called before I left my house to make sure the car was still available. I was assured that the car was there waiting for me. When I arrived, the attendant brought me a Rogue that was much more expensive than the one I came to see. I told him it was the wrong car. They then told me that the car I wanted sold three days ago. The attendant offered me a similar car, but he could not find the car on the lot. They then offered me a more expensive Rogue with an inferior trim level. The sales manager was useless. The sales manager stated that my salesman was new and did not know what he was doing. What I am most upset about is they wasted my time. They lied to me to get me to the dealership, and they did not deliver. This dealership uses bait and switch to get customers in the door. Don't go!!! More

Service I had a fantastic experience with the Service Dept of East Charlotte Nissan. The manager Ron was very courteous and polite. I arrived a little befor I had a fantastic experience with the Service Dept of East Charlotte Nissan. The manager Ron was very courteous and polite. I arrived a little before my appointment time and Ron got me in and out with no problems at all. Even though it was just a routine oil change and tire rotation the staff was very efficient with time and working on my vehicle. I would also like to make mention of Mr. Manny who works in finance. He is one of the most pleasant person I've met in sales since living here in Charlotte, NC for the past almost 3 years. Manny was very helpful in assisting me in picking out the vehicle that would best meet my needs at the time and was able to get me financed with no problems. I can't wait until next March 2015 when I can finally get back into a Maxima (right now I'm in an Altima). More
