the incompetence of East charlotte nissan Don't ever go there.. commission hungry salesmen. They give cars out with paper work a month later they call and tell you they made a mistake.. Don't Lease a car from these people I leased a car from these guys and they failed to submit the paperwork to Nissan. I had to call them repeatedly to get them to do something and then I leased a car from these guys and they failed to submit the paperwork to Nissan. I had to call them repeatedly to get them to do something and then they lied to me on the phone about what happened. They also refused to return my calls. Customer service disappears after they get your signature and when they fail to do something they lie about it More
