He took so much time and care to keep in contact with me yesterday while they got the car to their lot and to help me get papers completed with my finance/insurance company. And most of all, he took time to show me the car in detail to every nook and cranny on how it works and what I can do with it. This may be the standard practice but it never FELT like that or that I was just another number. I felt like he was friend and truly cared that I was happy!!!! More
