Really appreciated the format of the inspection results in that it lists everything done and the results were presented in a Green for good to go, yellow for items of caution/keep an eye on and the red for items needed attention shortly. No high pressure for additional services but a concise format for estimates of the items needing attention shortly. Also a detailed explanation of those items in red regarding what their function is and why the recommended steps should be done from a maintenance and safety aspect. (listed as brown items) More

Great experience from start to finish I let Nigel know when I would be there and the car was out front waiting. He told me I would get a $300 discount on the phone the day before and guess I let Nigel know when I would be there and the car was out front waiting. He told me I would get a $300 discount on the phone the day before and guess what? I got it! I was surprised to see it in the first offer. Did not have to ask for it, it was there. I also had a good experience in finance as well. I purchased a warranty and gap insurance at a fair price. I was in and out in less than two hours.
