I used the Costco Auto buying service and would highly recommend it. The Costco buying service gets you a set price so there isn’t any negotiation. Mark Davenport was very helpful without being pushy. Just like with anything; make sure you do your homework. IE trade in, and add on's. You do not have take of these options if you do not want them. What I really liked about this dealership, was that it was very fair and when I did not want something they did not push back. Of all the things that I liked about this dealership, this was the best thing. Mark Davenport was excellent as well as the Finance person Tom Leeper. Tom went over all the documents and for the first time in a very long time I understood exactly what I was getting. Earnhardt Toyota (Mark and Tom) kept saying if something isn’t right let us try to fix it. I sincerely believe they mean this at Earnhardt Toyota. I had purchased another vehicle from another dealership 4 months ago and this experience was like night and day compared that one. It is worth the drive to go to this dealership. This dealership made this major purchase far less stressful. Mark and Tom make a very good team. More
