I was called an hour and a half later that my cabin air filter was contaminated with critter debri I said go ahead and clean and change it old filter was left on the floor board in a bag but debri fell on the floor we had to ask if it could be thrown away and clean the stuff fell out of the bag on the floor mats. And most of all, he took time to show me the car in detail to every nook and cranny on how it works and what I can do with it. This may be the standard practice but it never FELT like that or that I was just another number. I felt like he was friend and truly cared that I was happy!!!! More
