Bill joined us on the lot, gave us a walkaround of the car, then got us on the road for a test drive. He patiently explained all of the features, all with no pressure. Then he introduced us to Gary and we presented our offer, ready to haggle and fight. Gary came back quickly with a number very close to ours, and with zero pressure and no hassle, we had a deal on the care we wanted. This is by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I've decided to go with Earnhard Mazda of Scottsdale after doing my research and shopping around. I bought a new car from them today (3/12/2017). The overall buying process was SUPERB!. I got the the BEST DEAL in the COUNTY on the car and everything they said via text/email/phone are TRUE. It's my first time buying a NEW car. I don't know how many dealers will tell you that they will get "this incentive if a customer will finance through a particular bank". I'm the "saying it like it is type" so there's nothing i like better when a seller is upfront with you from the get go. I would recommend Earnhardt Mazda of Scottsdale if you are looking to buy a Mazda. If you are there ask for Alisha :) She was very helpful to me. Excellent Service on a Test Drive I went to Earnhardt Mazda in North Scottsdale on March 11, 2017, to look at the new 2017 Mazda 6 sedan and take a test drive. I was greeted by Alisha I went to Earnhardt Mazda in North Scottsdale on March 11, 2017, to look at the new 2017 Mazda 6 sedan and take a test drive. I was greeted by Alisha Eastridge in the parking lot and she directed me right to the car I was looking at. She was very knowledgable about the vehicle and went over the options on the car and standard equipment. We then looked at a few cars with the options I would be interested in, then took a test drive. Again, I was very impressed with Alisha's knowledge of the vehicle and her friendly nature. After the test drive she introduced me to Gary Johnson, who was a very likable guy and I didn't feel pressured to do a deal that day, as I explained my situation and where I was in the car buying process. I left my contact info and said farewell, but I had a good feeling as I left. More

Professional I contacted this dealership once I received notice that the terms of my deal were changing with a different dealership. Incredibly long story short, the other dealer didn't want me coming to Earnhardt so they did everything they could to keep me in that vehicle, even though it meant them loosing more money. I can say in all honesty that when it comes time to get a new Mazda, Earnhardt is where I'm going and Ryan is the person I'm talking to! More
