Withhold warranty refunds intentionally As someone who has never badmouthed a company online, I hate to do this but apparently have no choice. I cancelled a warranty when I traded in a vehicle April 2017. Turnaround to get your refund is 4-6 weeks, which is already unnecessarily long, however here we are in September and I still don't have it. Natasha the F&I manager is the one who has lied to me (including telling me it was mailed 2 weeks ago) and given me the runaround. Nobody at corporate seems to be concerned as apparently customers aren't the reason they exist and Tex built his empire. If anyone within the organization cares please contact me, you have all my info. Until then I will continue to seek out avenues of sharing how disreputable you are. More

Not too much back and forth like other dealerships and we agreed to a price over the phone instead of dealerships saying "well, you gotta come in first". This place is the real deal and Butch was really great to work with. Recommend upgrading to electronic signing for convenience. Think that would speed things up a bit for both the customer and finance manager. More

Knowledgeable sales employees The transaction was fast (most of the paper work was done but the dealership prior to my arriving) so all I really had to do was sign the papers. Have had a couple of questions after I brought the car home and Butch answered the phone each time and gave me the answered I needed. My LEAST favorite experience is buying a car...it is like sticking a needle in my eye. That was NOT the case this time. Very easy to deal with Butch...answered all my questions. I would recommend Earnhardt Mazda of Scottsdale to anyone. More

The serv Entire customer experience was a lot of bull!!! Mazda 3 recall work needed dash replaced, emissions reprogrammed, and drivers seat issue. The service advisor told me they would not replace my dash without having my windshield replaced. There were cracks but nothing major and no spidering. They told me to use a place they work with so it would be done quickly and they could replace the dash. Turns out I didn't need my windshield replaced in order for them to replace the dash. All of my recall work was completed before my windshield was replaced. They even told me they were waiting on my windshield to be replaced and all other work was completed! Their findings report on my car was completely different than what they told me in person and over the phone. They quoted me 850 plus for a motor mount, and rear break kits. Findings report didn't mention motor mount but did tell me that my tire treads were low and should look for new tires. Never mentioned this to me. Also said both rear break kits needed replaced. Only one rotor is starting to go and my break pads need replaced. They didn't wash my car or clean the dash which was covered in dirt. They had my car from Tuesday until Thursday. I had to wait for my keys and my car was sitting waiting. They couldn't find the time to wash my car or clean the dirt off the new dash.... they told me I could come back to have it washe, mind you I was still waiting for my keys.... This was very disappointing. I will not recommend that anyone use this shop for anything other than recalls or warranty and I would probably still suggest you find a better place. More

My wife and I flew in from El Paso, TX and Butch was there to pick us up at the airport. This was a very nice gesture from Earnhardt and much appreciated. Butch was highly knowledgable and fully explained all the technology on our new vehicle. He also made himself available after the deal. Within the past year we've purchased three Mazdas from Earnhardt and didn't hesitate to call them when we needed a third car. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
