I have been coming here for a few years now to get regular maintenance on my GX and have had a pleasant experience every time. She has a good knowledge of what is happening to the car, and if she doesn’t have an answer to a question I have, she has no problem asking a service tech and getting back to me with an answer. I recently had some major mechanical problems with my truck and she went out of her way to make sure that everything was taken care of and that my experience was extraordinary. They give out loaners if you are getting maintenance done, and this really saves you a headache and gives you peace of mind that if it does take longer than expected, (such as in my case) you’re not out of a car. All in all Earnhardt Lexus has been great, of course they are the dealer and are sometimes more expensive than a corner shop, but they make your experience over the top and do everything they can do accommodate your needs. I always get great service at Earnhardt. They listen to the problems carefully and make sure everything is addressed before returning the car, unlike many dealerships. Customer service is derived from the overall experience. It starts from when you enter the building how you’re treated and the follow up it also matters who the dealership is associated with For outside vendors. In this case windshield replacement. They use the same vendor with the same quality for a long time. My model Lexus is not made anymore. F models are rare, Trust is Paramount. In my eyes, I am a loyal customer. Five stars five diamonds, no matter what I would give these guys a chance to earn your business they have mine. More
