This was our second purchase from Earnhardt. Suk Chang was our sales rep for both. Knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. What started out as routine service on our ES300h turned into the purchase of a RX350h. Cleva made the paperwork part painless. Can’t say enough about how positive the buying experience was. Also want to mention Richard Vasquez in the service department. He has been the service advisor for the ES300h. Efficient and an excellent communicator. I’ll be back with the RX. Highly recommend Earnhardt Lexus! More

Richard Vasquez has been my service provider at Earnhardt Lexus for four years and is the reason I continue to maintain my 2010 Lexus RX350 at the Camelback location. Prior to my current vehicle he maintaine Lexus for four years and is the reason I continue to maintain my 2010 Lexus RX350 at the Camelback location. Prior to my current vehicle he maintained my Lexus IS250 at this same location. I have always appreciated meeting with Richard to review the service on my 2010 Lexus ES350. He is friendly, attentive and professional. Richard Vasquez is our Service Consultant. He is GREAT‼️. He is always a couple of steps ahead of ant service issue on my 2022 RX and my 2005 SC430. He gives best in class service.
