Had a great experience purchasing a used Lexus. The sales person, Mariah, was very helpful - answered all my questions, no pressure at all, and very accommodating. She came in on her day off to finalize the paperwork and walk me through all the features of the car. Same positive experience with financing - secured me a better rate than I had gotten pre-qualifying with my credit union and walked me through service contract options, but never pushy. And it all went much faster than I would expect. All in all, a great experience. More
