We were interested in a used Lexus GX that had the capacity to tow a Razr and had room for the grandkids. My son-in-law referred me to David Bader of Earnhardt Lexus who had sold him his car. David was low pressure and informative; we felt very comfortable with him. After test driving a used GX and asking a million questions, we realized it was a small step up to a new 2016 GX. They had one with just the right equipment (no kidding) we were looking for and we drove it home. As a guy who views shopping cars like going to the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. David had assisted us with previous vehicles and we have always considered him the gold standard. We test drove several models and David shared the details of each vehicle, answering any questions. Upon returning from the test drive, we completed some brief financial paperwork and then were presented with the financial options. David makes the process most enjoyable and shouldn't selecting a new vehicle be just that?! He is courteous, knowledgeable about his product and a most pleasant man. The dealership is a relaxing atmosphere, geared to making the customer comfortable. Driving a Lexus is a joy and purchasing one at Earnhardt from David Bader is a wonderful way to start the journey. A painless process with outstanding service. I was looking for a 2015 lexus ES 350. I contacted Steve Bennett by email [ internet dept] . He gave me a bid online, and gave me a final price, ta I was looking for a 2015 lexus ES 350. I contacted Steve Bennett by email [ internet dept] . He gave me a bid online, and gave me a final price, tax and title out the door. I started to price shop at other dealerships. The other had sold out of base models, and were trying to get me to buy upgraded models. I ended up doing business with Steve for the following reasons: 1. He did not flood me with emails and phone calls [ one salesman has called me about 1r times] 2. He did not have other staff call me. 3. He never tried to get me to buy upgrades. 4. He followed up once to see if I was still interested. He did not push or pressure me, simply asked me if he could be of help. He offered to honor the original deal - did not try to squeeze me for more money because the supply of 2015's dropped. 5. When I decided to purchase, he sent me a credit app link, had me fax some information to him, and handled all the paperwork. All I had to do was pick up the car and sign papers. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They explained my other options ie extended warranty, but accepted no for an answer- no arguments, no nonsense, no games. Straightforward business and customer service. I will be going to this dealership for service even those I have one much closer. If you want a comfortable buying experience, I would highly suggest you contact this dealership. More

I decided to give Lexus one more shot and sure thing David Bader at Earnhardt was beyond excellent. He took all the time and walked me through all the feature of the Lexus models and I personally test drove 3 models with David. He Explained the difference and features , stayed late with me that night and I told myself I'm getting a car from him. I drive my IS-F now and I can't be more satisfied. Thanks David. More

After visiting numerous dealerships and dealing with multiple sales peop I recently purchased a 2014 Acura and had the pleasure to work with Patrick. After visiting numerous dealerships and dealing with multiple sales people, Patrick and Earnhardt were above and beyond the competition. Patrick greeted us immediately and upfront got to know our personalities. He didn't pressure us into any decision and was fantastic throughout the process. He even met us on his day off when we picked up our car! It was a great experience overall and I highly recommend Patrick and Earnhardt and look forward to buying our next vehicle with them. More

I may not have ever known how much of a difference the Lexus expereince could make if I had not stumbled throught the door and met Patrick. I was intimidated coming to the dealership due to the stigma that buying a vehicle continues to have, but also in adding to the pressure of a luxury dealership. It did not get better when I was asked if I had an appointment. Wait, you mean you are so elite that you must be up with an appointment? I normally would have been thrown by this, but the manner in which he asked and immediately read my odd look allowed him to quickly state that he was asking simply to ensure that I did not already have a meeting time established with one of his teammates, I am a leader in a large corporation that focuses on exceptional customer service and teamwork as a combined win. I immediately apppreciated the manner in which he read the situation. I gave him the proverbial we are just looking and he asked if he could join me so that he might be able to answer questions or assist us in gaining access to any of the vehicles. To make a long story short, he read our cues at each touchpoint and never missed a beat. He could have lost us at any time if he came off his focus - and we are not difficult to assist, but we do explain oursleves so he invested in listening and not sterring us. We had done our research and he enjoyed the discussion, but also added simple extras that made us better understand what we had been excited to review in person. In the end, we worked out a deal that would never have happened if not for his assistence in reading us and our desires. He made the difference in the expereince and then after the sale, I then realized how much of a gift he provided as if not for Patrick, I would not have realized why Lexus is the best driving experience. I will be a loyal customer as long as people like Patrick are employed. If you want to woerk with a dealership that invests in people that want to help change your driving expereince, go see Patrick and you will thank me for the recommendation - and that's no BULL. More
