I have been in the car business since 1985 and with Scottsdale Lexus since 2000. After being a 12-year Infinity customer, this was my first experience with Lexus. Both Holly and John made it a very favorable experience. From the time we entered the door, both my wife and I as well as my daughter & son-in-law were greeted by Holly who sought to understand our automotive needs/desires and to match those desires/needs with what Lexus had to offer. John was outstanding in putting together the overall deal and coordinating with Holly and others. Both provided great follow-up which ultimately led to the sale. More
