Best part is that Lexus gives you a loaner car regardless of any warranty which makes life so much easier! I am not hesitant to bring in the car because I know they will provide me a loaner until my car is ready free of charge (and that includes gas!) One of the best service advisors is Tom Miller who has served me for over 10 years faithfully! I have never regretted owning a Lexus and because of its excellent service I am sure to buy another when this one wears out, which may be never!!! I am a very pleased Lexus customer! More
