I typically avoid dealerships, but I was so impressed with my overall experience with the sales department at Earnhardt. I spent many online hours researching a RX450H and made up my mind that I wanted to purchase one. The only problem was that I was very picky with my color choice on a fully loaded 450H. I did a first test drive at Bell Lexus, but the color combination was not my favorite. They did present a lease and purchase offer. That night I filled an online request on the Earnhardt Lexus website. I was impressed to receive a phone call from Stephen Bennett with internet sales shortly after 8am. Within a few minutes, he was able to locate the exact 450H for me out of state. Within an hour, he presented a lease and purchase offer that beat the Bell Lexus offer. He answered all my questions. Doug Ebner sales manager followed up the next day, and when Bell Lexus could not get the same car for me, I made an appointment to purchase the vehicle. Mike Testani took care of me in sales. He answered all my questions and he made me feel relaxed. And to top off an already perfect experience, they had the car ready for me to pick-up in 3 days. Cole went over all the features and the owenership transfer was so clean and professional, that I was left feeling reassured that a dealership can go above and beyond to please a customer. Thank you Earnhardt Lexus. I am loving my 450H. More

Yes the car itself it great but having a service guy like Rick gives me confidence I will always have a honest evaluation of my car needs. He is always efficient and responsive to my calls when I have a tight turn when I drop my car off,. Lexus rental car service allows me to go on working since my car is also my 2nd office. Lexus new shop on Camelback is very welcoming and its nice to see Mr. Tex Earnhardt in there on occasion. Bought my first Subaru from him many ,many moons ago and the guy still stands behind his high quality service! And that ain't No Bull! More

The purchase negotiation was a little rocky but once that was over and working with Andrew in service it's been all good. You buy a Lexus for one reason, customer service, and Andrew does it all. Even when I send my son down for some issue with his 2003 Lexus RX300, Andrew treats him like gold. We are still a pretty new customer with Earnhardt but I can't imagine going anywhere else.
