Love my Service Guy! Rick Johnson is why I own a Lexus! I am a long time repeat customer of Lexus having owned more than 6+ cars in my life. Yes the car itself it great but having a service guy like Rick gives me confidence I will always have a honest evaluation of my car needs. He is always efficient and responsive to my calls when I have a tight turn when I drop my car off,. Lexus rental car service allows me to go on working since my car is also my 2nd office. Lexus new shop on Camelback is very welcoming and its nice to see Mr. Tex Earnhardt in there on occasion. Bought my first Subaru from him many ,many moons ago and the guy still stands behind his high quality service! And that ain't No Bull! More
