Made an appointment for 9AM on Wednesday 9/13. Dropped off the car and was told it would take 1.5 hours to do the service if I waited. I said I could not and to please give me a loaner. I asked for a Lyft to get home. I called at 11AM to find out status. I was told my car was still in the queue. Surprising to me since the purpose of an appointment is to get a service done at a scheduled time. I guess if you sit there and wait they service it right away. If you do not, they put you at the end of the line! Also I was told they run out of loaners because the people do not return them when they are supposed to! That is TMI to a Customer. Basically admitting they can not do their job! Finally my car was put into service at 2PM! It turns out I had a puncture in one tire. So the free service ended up not being free. Anyway, the takeaway is to ensure they will have loaner cars when you have an appointment. We all have lives to live and can not sit at a dealership to get service priority. Especially when we make an appointment. By the way I believe my service person, Richard, is not responsible for the loaners? More
