I stopped in a few months ago when my sister was looking to buy after her car was totaled thanks to some jerk who turned in front of her then left the scene. Anyway, we met Jim Westrich that first day while perusing the lot. We went back a couple times and she ended up purchasing from Jim. Based on my own brief interactions w/ Jim those initial visits, and hearing how much my sister enjoyed dealing with him, he was the salesman I hunted down when it came time to buy a new vehicle. He was extremely courteous, open and honest, and I never felt like he was yanking my chain or trying to pull one over on me. After test driving the Kona and deciding to buy and finance through them (thanks to low interest rates), the whole process took maybe 2.5 hours tops. There were a few paper documents to sign but then everything else was e-sign, and all copies were handed to me on a thumb drive before I left the lot. Boy has car buying changed since 2007!! :-) I would totally recommend this dealership, and point you to Jim in a heartbeat. Fingers crossed all my service visits are just as wonderful. More
