Had appt for a new battery and when I got there by service engine light was on. Ron Werner exlpained to me what the problem was. I wound up having my brakes done, filters changes and engine light fixed - all in a time frame from 9 to 5. Was very pleased with the fact that I got my car back so soon. Great first experience with the Service department. I had an oil change scheduled and I was on a time crunch. My service advisor Victor had told me it was very busy and thought it might be awhile. He surprised me and pulled a few strings and got the work done long before the promised time. Thank you Victor for going beyond what was expected!

Like how fast, reliable and sufficient they are with their appointments. I was in and out leaving and picking up my car. I went in for one service and got a second service done without the hassle of making another appointment. My service advisor was Robert Pesek and he made sure I was well taken care of. I would definitely ask for him on my next service appointment.
