From the moment I filled out an online application for approval. I got an immediate call from Kevin Warner about the application. At that point we made time to come in and look at cars. When I arrived I w approval. I got an immediate call from Kevin Warner about the application. At that point we made time to come in and look at cars. When I arrived I was greeted by a sales man and I asked for Cindy Siglar. She took me around and showed me all the different options they had available. They in return showed me the what really matters and that was the price. I told Cindy thank you for your time but I need to think about it before I can make a decision. She said no problem let me know if I can help you in anyway. Yesterday 8-15-12 I returned to the dealer to buy the car. Cindy was not there so Donald Staples and Kevin Warner helped me with getting everything finalized. Over all the process went very smooth. More
We made the terrible mistake of going to the dealership Glendale. The worse experience in 30 years of car purchasing. After visiting a few dealerships closer to home, I had phoned to inquire on the Odyssey Glendale. The worse experience in 30 years of car purchasing. After visiting a few dealerships closer to home, I had phoned to inquire on the Odyssey noted on line and spoke with Graham Faria. Graham was by far the best auto sales rep I have had the pleasure of purchasing a car from. No hype, sales pitch or pressure. Our Sales Manager was Michael Martin. Again, despite the "dickering" over the price of vehicle and details it was not a bad experience. In the future we will definitely seek out Graham for any future car (new or used) purchases. Thank you Earnhardt Honda! More
My wife and I recently went to Earnhardt Honda after being offered what we thought was the best deal on a 2012 Honda Pilot. We are both happy with the price we paid but the overall experience left a lo being offered what we thought was the best deal on a 2012 Honda Pilot. We are both happy with the price we paid but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. We dealt with Efrian who treated us well. Efrain asked for a deposit to hold the car we wanted and after a couple of days we returned and offered our down payment. Efrain informed us the car had been taken “off the lot” and no down payment was necessary since he had “put it aside” and it would not be sold. I told Efrain we would be by in two days to pick up the car. We had financing approved from our financial institution when we arrived and things were running smoothly, we then were informed the car we had chosen had been sold over the weekend. The new car offered to us had several more miles on it than the previous car we were told we could have. After knowing we had money in hand, Efrain asked us to sign for a credit check. I refused since we were not being financed through Honda or their financial institutions. Leo Resecker, Sales Manager, immediately came to our table and informed us that it was “the law” and we had to sign the credit application. I informed Leo that it was not “a law” and we would not be signing a credit application. Leo then informed us that due to the “Patriot Act of 2011” if we refused to sign the credit application a background check would be done on us. I informed Leo we had nothing to hide so let a background check be done. Leo immediately said “OK, we can skip the application.” Keep in mind that every time a “credit check” is run against your credit, your credit score drops (multiply this by 5 or 10 financial institutions). Our sale progressed and nothing else was ever said or done about a credit check or background check. This “strong arming” done by car dealers needs to be stopped and could be if consumers would do their homework. Don’t let this happen to you. I have read over the “Patriot Act” and the only thing I could find relating to finances talks about opening new accounts with banking institutions. After researching further, the best I can find is car dealers do this so they can get you to finance through their financial institutions and obtain more commission from the banking institutions they deal with. With money in hand our deal should have lasted an hour at the most, but we spent three hours there. This is totally absurd! A friend recently bought a used car through a “Mom and Pop” dealer with money in hand and was on his way in 30 minutes or so. Shame on Earnhardt Honda! My only hope is after posting this is that it does not have any adverse affects on the servicing of our new car since Earnhardt Honda may be doing the servicing on our new car. By the way, I also left with a free oil change for our “delays and inconveniences” (Whoohoo). The above reasons are "why" I rated this dealership as I did. More

My wife and I went on a Sunday to look into purchasing a new 2012 Accord EX for her that I seen online. Terry Burns helped us from the beginning and was great. They matched a lower price I had seen online s new 2012 Accord EX for her that I seen online. Terry Burns helped us from the beginning and was great. They matched a lower price I had seen online somewhere else without any questions. When I told them the loan rate I was approved for at my credit union they didn't just match it they made it way lower. Terry and the others were awesome. Too bad I only drive Chevy or I would go there for my next car! Thanks guys, Mike & Cynthia More
