Patrick, I do see that we had your vehicle in service for a warranty repair at 53,000 miles, back in August of 2023. It sounds like there might be some confusion, as we are not affiliated with Superstition Springs Chrysler. When you purchased the Ram from them in August of 2021, it had a 3-year or 36,000-mile basic warranty along with a 5-year or 60,000 mile powertrain warranty. If your vehicle is currently outside of that manufacturer warranty period, based on time or mileage, unfortunately, the repair would not be warrantable. We apologize for the frustration that you have experienced thus far and we hope that their service team is able to work towards a resolution. Luke, the motor on my vehicle is bad. It was repaired at 52,000 miles and it was powertrain and motor related. The exact issue after the repair is happening again and my truck is broke down. It is the motor and powertrain issue so the repairs that the dealership did should be warranted and covered, fix my truck so I can get back to work.
