Your daughter was the person who handled all aspects of the vehicle during this transaction. She agreed to have her vehicle examined, was the primary point of contact for all communications, and fully consented to the proposed plan of execution. We understand that sometimes miscommunications can occur, but we did follow the proper steps to ensure everything was addressed. Additionally, before your departure, we all reached an agreement that your daughter, wife, and you felt was fair regarding the services rendered.
