No you haven’t reached out, even once! I have provided these reviews with the picture you shared for future clients to decide for themselves whether there are cracks in your picture, plus the picture of my vehicle with the crack that occurred, under your care. If the cleaning was going to be an issue, I should have been told why and then make my decision whether I wanted the free cleaning with that type of information. I wouldn’t have cleaned it. Now you want me to prepay for the work, just to be mean. I bought that windshield from you in June/july. Not refurbished, but new. Paid In full for that and the tires. You know my email address, perhaps you can reach out, in writing. .
