Even finding a dirty air filter on my cabin ac. The new dealership is very nice. However it's the people in Richard Jordan's service department that are the life blood of Duval Ford. Customer for Life I became a Duval Ford customer for life about 2 years ago. I have just purchased my third vehicle from them in this 2 year time span. Even though I live 1 mile away from another Ford Dealership, I drive 1+ hours to come to Duval. David "Gunny" Moore and Will Law always know exactly what I want, know my budget and always work to make it happen. When I go to Duval, I feel like I'm a member of the family, not just a customer.
