Best dang salesman and dealer in a 300 mile radius. I spent three werks at alot od dealerships who would not give me a deal and sgotguned my credit. I called Duval Ford and Mike was awesome. Excellent Salesman (Luis) and Finance Manage I've purchased from Duval Ford the last several years and got exactly what I had hoped for this time... Excellent Salesman (Luis) and Finance Manager (Lionel). Even though there are at least 2 ford dealerships closer and countless number of other brand dealerships nearer to me, I knew the facilities and experience would be top notch at Duval. Luis (especially) perfectly listened to my requests for a new vehicle, went the added mile to ensure the my concerns were addressed and saw to the comfort of the decision. He even made sure my family's car's tire pressure was perfect for a long drive we had. Top notch in every way! Five stars for sure! More

When I met with Gunny, I believe he could tell I was unsettled and made the absolute best effort to make it as easy as possible. He was so kind and reassuring me that we would find a way to get me in the right car within my budget and he kept his word and did just that! I am driving the exact car I wanted and didn't get nickeled and dimed to death. He was so kind, and helpful. He made a way for a single mother to drive off in a safe dependable car for me and my children with a payment well within my price range. I am so grateful for his kind calm demeanor during my experience. If in the market for a car I will certainly be going back to see Gunny 1st! More

Great overall purchase experience! Recently retired form the Nassau County School District after 33+ years. Recently went to work for another company and was in need of a new pickup. Staff was great to deal with, answered all questions and concerns, gave me a great price, made zero % interest possible. Susan Moore was very knowledgeable of the truck I choose and and explained all all options to me very well. Seems as if everyone went above and beyond to make my buying experience very pleasant.
