Duval Ford was one of 4 dealers (all different makes) that I visit Having never owned a truck I decided to keep an open mind on what make I purchased. Duval Ford was one of 4 dealers (all different makes) that I visited. On my 1st visit I met Brian Jones. I told him I was just in the looking stages and he made me feel so comfortable looking at different trucks and never pressuring me in any way. When I decided I was ready to test drive I reached out to Brian via email and let him know that was my preference in communicating. That was the beginning of 50 emails that allowed me to get the info. I needed to make my decision. Brian was so helpful and after 3 visits to Duval Ford I started feeling he was a friend instead of just a car salesman. After test driving 7 trucks, 3 of which were other makes beside Ford I decided to go with the F-150. I can truly say that this truck purchase was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Duval Ford and if you want the best salesmen just ask for Brian Jones. More
