Personal and professional from the initial prompt and professional greeting by Aaron Torres, who announced my arrival to the service writers. More specifics of my visit were taken by Michael Foresto, he professional greeting by Aaron Torres, who announced my arrival to the service writers. More specifics of my visit were taken by Michael Foresto, he was personal and professional and detail oriented. I informed him of my oil change appointment, he followed with details of the services to be provided and asked if I had any other concerns or issues with my vehicle that may need to be checked during my visit. I informed him that my brakes would squeal but the noise would stop when brakes were applied. He said the service team could do a basic inspection, but the technicians could do a more in-depth inspection if I wished. Michael provided detailed information about what they’d do and an cost that could be incurred. Michael got the, I believe was, the shop foreman and they did a quick visual check right in the service lane. They believed the service team would be able to inspect it their self and maybe even take care of what they thought the problem was. The service technician, I wish I caught his name, quickly identified an issue with my brake pads and confirmed his suspicions by inspecting the opposite wheel brakes. The inspection results; inside pads on one wheel and outside pads on the other. The brakes were installed incorrectly by Garber Ford, which I typically steer away from other dealerships. But in this case, I had an immediate need for brakes and Duval Ford had a full schedule. The poor planning on my part resulted in a poor decision. The Duval Ford Service team offered to take care of the maintenance if I could get Garber to pay for the parts and repair, which I wish I could have. Garber had my truck towed back to their facility to access and repair. Garber provided a rental car and $100 credit for any future service, that $100 wont get spent. Other Duval Ford team members who assisted and provided professional hospitality during my visit are; Frankie Bold and Brittany McCoy. Lesson learned on my part, demonstration of outstanding customer service and professionalism on Duval Fords part. Thank you for validating why I choose and chose Duval Ford. -Rick Eveson More
