Our RV problem was diagnosed and corrected quickly! We had fears it would sit for weeks before we got it back,but we were pleasantly surprised with the turnaround time. Bought a 2018 F250 and my Sales Associate was David “Gunny” Moore. What can I say other than he’s just an amazing person. My 12 year old son even told me how nice he was and while I was doing the finan “Gunny” Moore. What can I say other than he’s just an amazing person. My 12 year old son even told me how nice he was and while I was doing the finance paperwork he entertained and visited with him. I worked more with Gunny over the phone and through pictures over the phone than I did in person. He told me everything and was 1000% honest and upfront with me. He spent time with me going over the new truck and answering all my questions. Duval Ford is over an hour driver for me and I pass 4 other Ford dealers going there. It’s more than worth the trip to buy a new truck. Thank you Gunny for everything. More
