Our RV problem was diagnosed and corrected quickly! We had fears it would sit for weeks before we got it back,but we were pleasantly surprised with the turnaround time. Our Service Advisor, Mark Rogers, was very attentive to our questions and issues and made sure he understood what needed to be corrected. Bought a 2018 F250 and my Sales Associate was David “Gunny” Moore. What can I say other than he’s just an amazing person. My 12 year old son even told me how nice he was and while I was doing the finan “Gunny” Moore. What can I say other than he’s just an amazing person. My 12 year old son even told me how nice he was and while I was doing the finance paperwork he entertained and visited with him. I worked more with Gunny over the phone and through pictures over the phone than I did in person. He told me everything and was 1000% honest and upfront with me. He spent time with me going over the new truck and answering all my questions. Duval Ford is over an hour driver for me and I pass 4 other Ford dealers going there. It’s more than worth the trip to buy a new truck. Thank you Gunny for everything. More

David Perera is the best service advisor I have had the pleasure of meeting at Duval Ford. He informed me of everything up front, and did what he said he would do.
