I can not brag on the service department of Duval Ford enough. My wife’s car needed a part replaced. But the part got back ordered so they were not able to get that part of the repair done when I brought enough. My wife’s car needed a part replaced. But the part got back ordered so they were not able to get that part of the repair done when I brought it in for service the other day. Well my wife is now working from home part time. So she would have had to take off work to bring the car back by. Well they offered to come get the car from my house. Take it back to the dealership. Make the repairs and then bring it back to the house for her. They made the repair process effortless for her. I couldn’t be more happy with their service.
