They gave me an outstanding deal on my trade-in and I drove off the Duval Ford lot in my freshly washed and shiny 2009 Town Car. I have never had a better car-buying experience. Michael Murdock croossed the line and became a friend who wanted to put me in the truck of my dreams(I felt this man would not use smoke and mirors on me). He worked hard to meet my expectations over the internet and invited me to come to Jacksonville where he would continue to try and get me in the truck I wanted. Several phone calls and internet messages later, my wife and I went to Jax. It was a busy day when I arrived. Michael took time with me never trying to force a product on me. He gave me straight answers on the product and the parameters he could work in. He gave me several choices and described the benefits and negatives of each. I left Duval Ford with the finest truck I have ever driven. I will definitely return to Duval Ford for my next purchase and tell my friends about it.
