I have been a Duval Ford customer for over 30 yrs and have had a good experience each time I brought my Fords in for service or when it was time to purchase a new model. They have always kept me abreast of service issues concerning my cars and offer many money saving coupons and in house offers, that is important to me and my wife now that we are retired. We came in to purchase a new model in 2011 but had a bad experience with the persons handling the deal, so we decided to wait until the 2012 models came out, luckily the people we dealt with b/4 were no longer there,I decided not to let one bad time cancel out the previous 30 yrs of good help we had had before. I will continue to be a customer of Duval Ford. I tell everyone to go to Duval if they are in the need of a new or used car.- TKX More

YEAH!, Thanks to Tino my family has a new vehicle! My wife and children are thrilled. Especially my 17 year old daughter who is learning to drive and didn't like driving our van that I traded in. She's taking drivers ed. this summer and has almost taken over our new car. It was one of those "it was meant to be" moment's. I planned on an oil change that day but knew we needed a newer car down the road, maybe in a year or two. My warranty was over also. Sitting in the waiting area I met a very pleasant,articulate young women named Stefanie who wanted to know if I was interested in an extended warranty or maybe a vehicle. She subsequently introduced me to Tino. Tino was awesome, he made me want to buy a new car. After explaining to him my financial situation and concerns about my van and families needs. He made me feel comfortable that I could afford a new vehicle and the benefits of saving gas. I never felt any pressure. The whole process was smooth and easy. I tried to find reasons why I shouldn't buy the car. Tino listened and answered all my questions and concerns. He went over all the manuals, and how the car systems worked. Hi, We went to Duval Ford to look at the new Edge and had not really decided to buy. However, Darlene Graham was friendly and attentive. She answered all of our questions in a professional way. In Dec of last year (2011), I was just looking to see what my next purchase might be in the coming year (2012), since my truck was getting up in miles. Initially had no intention of making a purchase but the deal put together by Antonio and Tino was just to good to pass up. That type of good deals is the reason I have come back to Duval Ford time and time again for the purchase of a new (or used) vehicle. The purchase of my new F-150 was vehicle number 15. We were thoroughly impressed with Malcolm's attention to detail and his helpfulness during and after the sale. Malcolm was very accommodating and friendly, in my opinion, he is the hardest working sales pe detail and his helpfulness during and after the sale.
