We came into the dealership with a very low price for a 2010 Ford Focus from Mike Shad but Terrance was able to put us in a brand new 2011 Ford Focus for less than the price we showed him at the other deal 2010 Ford Focus from Mike Shad but Terrance was able to put us in a brand new 2011 Ford Focus for less than the price we showed him at the other dealrship. Our experience was incredible! Terrance was not pushy and gave us many different options to choose from. There were multiple cars that fit our needs and we were able to get the color and options in it that we wanted. Financing was easy and we were able to choose a plan that fit our budget. This is a dealership that values the individual customer and will do what it takes to get you the absolute best deal. We love our new car! My wife and I have purchased three vehicles from Duval Ford and this was the worst experience by far. As of 11/4 I still haven't received my registration and they are still asking for documents. Not sure Ford and this was the worst experience by far. As of 11/4 I still haven't received my registration and they are still asking for documents. Not sure if I would recommend them right now. Maybe in 3 years that will change. More

Met Louis Parris at a credit union car sales event. Didn't find what I wanted there, but Louis was sure he could find what I was looking for at the Duval Ford dealership. We went there a few day later, & he tried very hard to find what I was wanting. He spent a long time showing us what he felt met our requirements. In the end, he did find exactly what I was hoping for. The only negative feeling was that we sat, & sat, & sat, waiting for Mr Bernal to get my paper work ready to sign. We watched him close the file folder & were expecting to be called into his office, instead, he was on the computer for a long time before he finally called us to come & sign the papers. They did not start cleaning & detailing the car until the papers were signed. Mr. Parris arranged for a loaner car for me to drive until my new car was ready. Which was very helpful. We had arrived there around noon, & picked up the new car about 6:30 in the evening. A long day. Though it was clean & looked sharp, it was not complete, & I need to take it back to get the head lights properly cleaned. Not easy for me to get there. Definitely not Mr Parris's fault. Had we been able to sign the papers a bit sooner, I'm sure the cleaning would have been complete. Mr Parris did his best to make sure everything was right & to my satisfaction. He was able to arrange the price I was willing to pay, & arrange for my trade ins to be accepted. More

I cannot thank Mike Cohran and Duval Ford enough! I wasn't prepared to buy a car and I explained all of that to Mike over the phone. We talked and I was very-very wary over another car purchasing expe wasn't prepared to buy a car and I explained all of that to Mike over the phone. We talked and I was very-very wary over another car purchasing experience (which was just very unpleasant). Mike promised me (even before we met), that he would make this a positive process and more importantly meet my budget needs. I had THE MOST POSITIVE experience that I have ever had at a car dealership and Mike absolutely 100% followed through on his commitments! The entire staff that I met, including Billy Brown, were just great and friendly people. I am the proud owner of a 2011 Ford Focus, which is first and foremost, a reliable vehicle for me, it's an adorable car and my monthly payments are affordable. I did not sit in the dealership for hours and hours...I was in and out of there, with a brand new car in 2 hours!! And, it was a very - very pleasant and positive 2 hours. I had such a great experience with Duval Ford! All of the staff is so professional and friendly; they make you feel like you are the only client, with no high pressure sales or gimmicks. I was very pleased from the first consultation till I drove my new car off the lot. I had the benefit of knowing exactly what car and options I wanted, so it really came down to negotiating. Antonio, Herb, and Billie took their time to crunch numbers and come back with the best deal. I was prepared to negotiate hard, but it wasn't needed as they gave me a deal I could not refuse! They even cleaned out my trade in and had all my possessions in the new car while I signed the paperwork, down to my vanity tag on the front bumper and the change in the console Once the paperwork was signed, Rachel took me to get the SYNC set-up and demo the new My Ford Touch Screen. I had been a little intimidated about all the technology in the car (but still had to have it) and she made it all seem very simple. Overall, I would highly recommend Duval Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! This was my third purchase from Duval Ford since 2010. When I am ready to trade in again, I know where to go! More

I gave the rating that I did because the second I walked into Duval Ford, I was greeted and met many sales men and talked over what I wanted in a car and all together they helped me find my perfect 2011 For into Duval Ford, I was greeted and met many sales men and talked over what I wanted in a car and all together they helped me find my perfect 2011 Ford Fiesta! I was so excited and love my new car so much! I got a great deal on the price of my car and customer service was outstanding! Everyone in the dealership was so friendly. I own a Ford Edge with we purchased from this dealership. Two weeks ago we went back and purchased a Ford Ranger. On the Edge this dealershop went out of their way to FIND what I wanted on the car and got it Two weeks ago we went back and purchased a Ford Ranger. On the Edge this dealershop went out of their way to FIND what I wanted on the car and got it. On the Ranger, they once again went out of thier way to please my husband. I have used the service department for the Edge and I am very pleased with it. they have the vehicle ready when promised if not before. Superior dealer!!! More

I had a wonderful experience with Duval Ford. I started by going through lending tree, trying to find a place that would approve me for an auto loan. I was contacted by Malcolm Daigle shortly after submitt by going through lending tree, trying to find a place that would approve me for an auto loan. I was contacted by Malcolm Daigle shortly after submitting that information via phone and through email. I responded to his email and he was kind enough to allow most of our conversations to take place via email since I was at work. I explained to him that I was looking for a used vehicle, didn't want to pay more than $350-$400 a month for a vehicle payment, and was looking for something with 4 doors and good gas mileage. I met him at the car lot later that evening and he only showed me vehicles that met that criteria, that I could get for that monthly payment. I was worried about getting approved for a loan as I didn't have the best credit, but he assured me that something would be worked out. Malcolm and Billie Brown, who works in the financial department, worked very hard to get a bank to approve my application with no money down, because I had no money to put down. I couldn't thank both of them enough for the wonderful vehicle we found, which gets awesome gas mileage and is gorgeous. If I consider buying new in the future, or even another used vehicle, I will consider Duval Ford and would love to work with Malcolm again. More
