We were looking for a second car (lease). Bought our first car at this dealership as well. First we decided to go with a 2013 Ford Focus SE Hatchback. After further research we concluded that a Sedan Ti first car at this dealership as well. First we decided to go with a 2013 Ford Focus SE Hatchback. After further research we concluded that a Sedan Titanium is the better deal. Antonio ran the calculations, Brian showed us the different models and let us test drive, Chris did the paperwork. All of them were very courteous, fun to "deal" with and efficient in getting the deal done. We highly recommend doing business with these employees at Duval Ford. So far, very happy with the car. My experience with Duval Ford was simply amazing. I came in knowing which model,year, and color vehicle I wanted and although they didnt have the color that I wanted. Everyone is friendly and seems to go through all lengths to get you the vehicle you want and the vehicle that you can afford. I worked with Joe and my experience was amazing. I came in just knowing i would not be leaving with a car. I went through a divorce and have very poor credit. Joe worked with me for 3 days to make sure i g in just knowing i would not be leaving with a car. I went through a divorce and have very poor credit. Joe worked with me for 3 days to make sure i got the car i wanted could afford and the down payment i could afford. He called me every step of the way and low in behold Duval ford was able to get me that brand new car in 2 days. Yes 2 days, with poor credit that was a miracle for me. I am forever grateful for the level of service i received from a wonderful dealership. The finance gentlemen was sokind and patient being as i had both mychildren who were not having a good day. Joe stayed more than an hour past his scheduled time to leave to ensure he went over everything in the car. I had a most pleasant experience, and duval ford helped but my fears and intimidation of dealerships at ease. Thank you duval ford i will be back :) More

Antonio did an excellent job, and had the bulk of my paperwork ready before I arrived as I don't have the time to sit in a dealership for hours. Malcolm was awesome showing me the features of my new Esc paperwork ready before I arrived as I don't have the time to sit in a dealership for hours. I'm not much for technology so Malcolm had his hands full, but was patient and gave me all the extra time I needed to get comfortable before I left the dealership. Bottom line, I bought my last SUV from them, I bought this one just a couple days ago, and when it's time for the next one this is the dealership I will be using....and I will ask to work with Antonio and Malcolm again. They have both called to check on me since I left the dealership and I know I can call them anytime and get quality assistance!
