I viewed the Saturn Vue on-line then called and spoke with David Melton. I worked with him to schedule a time for me to come in and look at the car and test drive it. When I got there he was with another with David Melton. I worked with him to schedule a time for me to come in and look at the car and test drive it. When I got there he was with another customer, but was able to work with me after only 10-15 minutes of wait time. I explained to David on the phone that I could put 1/2 down and pay the remainder in a week. The sales team was able to work with me, so I was able to drive home in my new Vue. More

First off you have this form online to schedule an appt. and to explain why you need service. I fill all this out thinking this would be great if they actually use the form... they didn't. I get to the dealership and they have no idea why I am there. I have to give all of my information all over again. I leave my truck there for several hours to have them find out what is wrong with my four wheel drive. They call me and give me an estimate of $3500 to fix my truck. I was flabbergasted beyond belief... I said pack it up I am taking it home. I found a mechanic on lane Ave that specializes in four wheel drive repairs. Cost to fix my truck $650. Dude stay away from this dealer unless you are ready to put a.nice down payment on a new f250 king ranch for the Service manager! More
I scheduled this visit for a busted door handle and added in an oil change. The service I was given was fast and friendly and the employee I dealt with was efficient and knowledgeable about the service I req in an oil change. I went into Duval Ford because I wanted to buy out my lease and they were wonderful. They took all my information and did their best to get me the best rate on the refinance. Even with not so perfect credit, I got to keep my car and have now found the dealership I will use and recommend to friends and family members. Omar was great. He not only made me feel welcomed but continually let me know where we were in the process and once approved took me to meet the service team. Duval ford knows not only good price is essential but they know customer service is key to continued business.
