I live 2 blocks from Mike Davidson Ford and had a horrible experience there, and friends of mine originally said Duval Ford wasn't much better. WRONG!! This dealership is professional and curtious to your needs, they don't push anything you don't want. We came in to purchase a new model in 2011 but had a bad experience with the persons handling the deal, so we decided to wait until the 2012 models came out, luckily the people we dealt with b/4 were no longer there,I decided not to let one bad time cancel out the previous 30 yrs of good help we had had before. YEAH!, Thanks to Tino my family has a new vehicle! My wife and children are thrilled. Especially my 17 year old daughter who is learning to drive and didn't like driving our van that I traded in. I planned on an oil change that day but knew we needed a newer car down the road, maybe in a year or two. My warranty was over also. Sitting in the waiting area I met a very pleasant,articulate young women named Stefanie who wanted to know if I was interested in an extended warranty or maybe a vehicle. She subsequently introduced me to Tino. Tino was awesome, he made me want to buy a new car. After explaining to him my financial situation and concerns about my van and families needs. He made me feel comfortable that I could afford a new vehicle and the benefits of saving gas. I never felt any pressure. The whole process was smooth and easy. I tried to find reasons why I shouldn't buy the car. Tino listened and answered all my questions and concerns. He went over all the manuals, and how the car systems worked.
