We were very impressed with Nicole. We stopped by on a Sunday night when we thought Duval Ford was closed to look at the new Escape. Nicole snuck out the door and surprised us. She kept in contact with us & let us know when it arrived. My husband came by the following Sunday without me. He & Nicole brought it to our house and thats all she wrote. We have taken a road trip in it already! We are completely satisfied with our new Escape and Nicole's customer service! We will definitely recommend her to our family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle. More

The only two negative things I can say are these: 1. Lack of 6-cyl F-150's. Nearly all were 8-cyl. Gas prices are an issue with me and with others, I suspect. Nor is that only apply to Duval Ford. Found similar thing at other local Ford dealers. 2. Your website works either very slow or is not responsive at all. I used Duvalford.com. Maybe there is another website? More

They are very friendly and very helpful. My vehicle was slightly damaged when I ran over a traffic cone and they put it back together along with my service at no additional charge. I viewed the Saturn Vue on-line then called and spoke with David Melton. I worked with him to schedule a time for me to come in and look at the car and test drive it. When I got there he was with another with David Melton. I worked with him to schedule a time for me to come in and look at the car and test drive it. When I got there he was with another customer, but was able to work with me after only 10-15 minutes of wait time. I explained to David on the phone that I could put 1/2 down and pay the remainder in a week. The sales team was able to work with me, so I was able to drive home in my new Vue. More

First off you have this form online to schedule an appt. and to explain why you need service. I fill all this out thinking this would be great if they actually use the form... they didn't. I get to the dealership and they have no idea why I am there. I have to give all of my information all over again. I leave my truck there for several hours to have them find out what is wrong with my four wheel drive. They call me and give me an estimate of $3500 to fix my truck. I was flabbergasted beyond belief... I said pack it up I am taking it home. I found a mechanic on lane Ave that specializes in four wheel drive repairs. Cost to fix my truck $650. Dude stay away from this dealer unless you are ready to put a.nice down payment on a new f250 king ranch for the Service manager! More
