I got excellent customer service from James, Susan, Mathew, and Antonio. Duval had the best deal after looking for 2-3 months and at 4-5 dealerships. My first truck was a new 1999 Ford F150 4x4 from Duval and I just traded it in on a new 2012 F250 4x4. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I did my research and had patience and even changed my mind at one point. No pressure from James or Susan and they were very helpful, professional, and courteous. When I finally made my decision, James found the truck and delivered it the next day. Also, I want to compliment the guy that drove it from Bainbridge, GA. He must have driven 55 mph the whole 200 miles because the mpg said 15.5 and thats a 6.2 liter gas engine. About a week later, I had a repair request and Antonio and James were very helpful in resolving the issue. They could have easily avoided me and the repair, but offered prompt customer service and a quality professional repair. This crew is an asset to the staff, and kudos to the managers that hired them. I have a good working relationship with this dealership and I recommend Duval Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle or service. More

I came in after reviewing the online inventory to see an extremely well priced 2010 Acura TSX, and was cheerfully greeted by Brian. Brian immediately made a few calls and told me that he was going to go pick up the car that night (mind you it was well after 8pm) and he told me I could come back tomorrow at my leisure to view the car I wanted. The next morning I came and my car was right there waiting for me to look it over. I was very impressed with the car after a test drive, but was a little disappointed with a few cosmetic flaws on both bumpers. Brian agreed, and even though the aggressive pricing was to sell the vehicle "as is" he spoke with the Fixed Operations Manager, Vince, and offered to have both bumpers completely repainted!! In no time I completed all the financing with Chris Hayes (and time was of the essence seeing as how I had my 2yr old daughter with me) and on my way out the door. They have really taken the time and streamlined the entire process of what used to be a long, drawn out, all day affair of buying a car. All of the members of the Duval Ford team were nothing short of kind, courteous, and fair. I was nervous tackling the car buying experience by myself as a woman, because we have all heard the horror stories, but I would recommend Brian and the team to anyone looking for a fair and honest deal. More

Tino is a very knowledgeable sales associate. Duval Ford is a new dealership I have never worked with in the past. I have heard great reviews from referrals and decided to drive the 2 hours north from my residence to check it out. He was very professional and at no point made me feel pressured. I personally can say I am a picky buyer and James went out of his way to work with me to find exactly what I wanted.
