I would recommend Duval Ford to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. The service was AWESOME. I felt they went above and beyond what anyone would have expected. started out to get our 05 expedition worked on while they were looking at it we looked at other expedition on the lot.We were told that there was a blue one but they could not fined it so we looked around an were looking at it we looked at other expedition on the lot.We were told that there was a blue one but they could not fined it so we looked around and saw the 07 f150 that looked good had a lot of miles but the truck looked good Kenny did all the paper work on the truck keeped it for two weeks took it in to have the mirrors fix walked around the lot and saw the expedition blue 2010 went back in to talk with kenny about the expedition he said he would check on it and see what could be done.Kenny worked for three days to get the deal for us he called and told us what the deal was i talked it over with the wife and told him that we could not do it as it was.about three hours lated kenny called us back and said that they could do thdeal like we wanted so we said deal thanks Kenny u work very hard to make that sale Thanks again Kenny More
My son and I went to a different dealership (Duval Mazda at the Avenues) for him to purchase his first car. The initial visit and conversations were fine, but we weren't able to make a deal. We made additional efforts to provide additional funding/financing, contacted the sales rep and he stated that "he couldn't make it work". In this case the sales rep was rude making the comment "we did all of this work and you're going to pass on the deal over $900?". My son only had a certain amount of money/financing available and the car price was still out of reach, he understood and moved on. After several hours of "shopping" at other dealerships we were referred to Vince and Tino @ Duval Ford. They were able to acquire the same car from Duval Mazda and make the deal work (Duval Ford offered double the trade-in value that was offered by Duval Mazda, Mazda offered $500). In short, we had a budget and the staff at Duval Ford made it happen. I would recommend the staff at Duval Ford any day of the week. More
We worked with Vince and Toni lebron while shopping at Duval ford. Earlier in the day, we had an awful shopping experience with Todd Heim at Duval Mazda, he was the most rude and unhelpful salesman to dat Duval ford. Anyways, several hours after the Mazda experience, we came to duval ford. There we were helped in full by Vince, and also Tino lebron. They were most definitely the most helpful salesmen we had worked with within our entire car shopping experience. All of our questions were answered in full with complete honesty, and in the end, Vince and Tino were able to work it out so I got the exact car I wanted for exactly in my price range and I could not be happier. I would reccomend anyone shopping for a car to go to Duval Ford. The staff is friendly, out going, and absolutely wonderful. Vince and Tino were great. More

I informed Malcom Daigle and he insured they didn't operate like that at Duval Ford (I'd rather keep the particulars out) and would ensure that my experience would be a good one. I was looking for a vehicle to get into with more room for my family. My kids were out growing the back seat of my 2010 Ford Fusion. I called Wayne and explained my situation and what I wanted and what my budget for a new car was. He went to work, stayed in contact via phone and e-mail. Most of the deal was handled this way in the interest of my time. Basically the reason I went to dealership was to drive the Edge, get my Fusion appraised and to do paper work. Wayne Rodale took care of everything in a professional manner,and was a pleasure to work with. No games...of bait and switch...let me check with my boss...etc...you know what I mean if you have ever purchased a vehicle before. Like I said, I told Wayne where I was...what I wanted to do..and he did all the work and put me in the vehicle I wanted. I felt like the whole buying experience was pleasant with no stress.Like it should be right? More Dealerships should operate this way and they would have repeat customers.I feel like I made a friend in Wayne during this process.
