I came to Duval Ford via an invite promoting a specicfic sales event. In 2002 we purchased a Ford Explorer in California. This spectacular vehicle has over 200,000 miles and had never failed us. From the beginning he was very welcoming, his smile was very calming, and he was very informative, as well, as attentive to my requests for this next vehicle. Joe's overall approach down to the timeliness of closing the deal was above board. I came away with a sense of value and appreciation for the service I received and the vehicle that was purchased. Additionally, he quickly referred me to someone within the company when I expressed a desire to have the windows tinted. To spend the time I was forutnate to with Joe as my salesman, will always be a cherished memory. I came to this dealership after having a bad experience at another dealership around the corner. I have very bad credit and the dealership ran my credit everywhere so I was expecting to get turned down. My at another dealership around the corner. They found a way to finance me without my cosigner! Even though the car I wound up with was not the car I originally came to see and it wasn't the "sportiest" model, it still had everything I was looking for, low mileage and great mpg. I was very pleased with the entire staff at this dealership and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I look forward to using them for all my car needs in the future. I purchased a 2013 Fusion and the experience was great from start to finish. Jose Negron and Tino Lebron provided me with outstanding customer service. They truly listened to me and only showed me cars that met my criteria. They also cared about my budget and those cars above my budget were not pushed in order for them to get a higher commission. They don't make money based on the purchase price of the car but instead, they get paid by the number of cars they sell. It was a "pressure free" experience and no annoying haggling for a lower price. I actually enjoyed the experience and I can't say the same for the other three vehicles that I purchased from Nissan over the past 12 years. Also, the Fusion is classy looking and equipped with high-end features. I am in love with my new Fusion. I am a professional and hard working women. This car makes a statement all by itself. It actually compares in appearance to a MUCH higher priced BMW but it is half the cost. Also, I don't have the best credit but Jose and Tino were still able to finance me 9% lower than my Nissan purchases. This part alone makes my day. Thanks to Chris Hayes - you made the paper work process quick and easy to complete. Lastly, all the high tech features of my car were explained so that I could easily take full advantage of the Fusion's touch screen and voice command features immediately. We were looking for a second car (lease). Bought our first car at this dealership as well. First we decided to go with a 2013 Ford Focus SE Hatchback. After further research we concluded that a Sedan Ti first car at this dealership as well. First we decided to go with a 2013 Ford Focus SE Hatchback. After further research we concluded that a Sedan Titanium is the better deal. Antonio ran the calculations, Brian showed us the different models and let us test drive, Chris did the paperwork. All of them were very courteous, fun to "deal" with and efficient in getting the deal done. We highly recommend doing business with these employees at Duval Ford. So far, very happy with the car. My experience with Duval Ford was simply amazing. I came in knowing which model,year, and color vehicle I wanted and although they didnt have the color that I wanted.
